The site of Spring House.
The cottage (above) was the home of Mr and Mrs Brown during World War 1 (grandparents to current Millington resident Joyce Taylor).
Later it was sold to Mrs Otley and her daughter Mary, who kept pigs in it. They ran the Post Office and later demolished the cottage, and built Spring House in the 1960s.
